FAQ:

Tickets must be personalised.

Valid ID matching the name on the ticket needs to be presented at the gate. Name changes can be made for free until the 31st May 2020. In the month leading up to the festival, between 01.06.20 – 27.06.20 (@ 23:59), there will be a 15 EUR charge for personalisation or name changes. On the gate, for last-minute changes it will be 30 EUR.

Strictly no refunds!

Unpaid tickets will not be mailed out to customers!
